I love the Helmet, comfortable, built in sunglasses, looks good for ADV riders

By all expert reviews I have read, this is an excellent helmet. But unlike the Neotec that I tried on, the Hornet is not a medium oval. It is built for very round heads. I had to send it back.

Love this helmet so far. The XL in this helmet fits perfectly. Quiet with minimal wind noise. Comes with. Standard shield and a self tinting shield that I have not tried out yet. Highly recommend this helmet. Worth every penny.

This is my first ADV helmet, I had worn my MX helmet and sunglasses before but this is a game changer. I have been able to ride on days that would have been too cool before because now I can close the vents and put the face shield down. When the temp goes up I can open the vents and get plenty of circulation, they do a great job. This helmet is also very quiet, very little wind and road noise. I like the option of using the tinted shield if needed, or flipping it up when it's not needed. The cheek pads and liner are the most comfortable I've ever used. The size chart was accurate, I was able to get a perfect fit the first time. Overall, I'm very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

This helmet is a very nice value for the price. It does fit a little snug, but all the MIPS helmets seem to do so for me. It looks great, is reasonably light and has plenty of vents.

Countless mtb helmets over the years and more annoyed at the goofy prices as time goes on. Nice work RM for a killer option at a reasonable price. Quality, design, and construction are what you will get out of any high-end helmet, even better than some, especially in the looks department. Fit is subjective, but spot on for me with my normal large. Can easily adjust from wearing a hood under, to perfectly snug with no pressure points. If only one wish, I would like a visor that adjusts out of the way for non-sun conditions. That said, the visor actually sticks out far enough to be effective, unlike a number of high-end enduro helmets these days, so no gripe. Much lighter than my Bell super I just retired. MSR totally nailed their first mtb helmet attempt. Highly recommend.
