This is my third one in 17 years of hard use. Not sure when the factory one failed and I replaced it with this but I just replaced it a second time. Almost 24,000 miles with a fair amount of off-road mixed in. These things are bulletproof!

Easy to install, took the slop out of the worn out bearing. In the process of replacing all the suspension related bearings with an All Balls kit. As long as it lasts at least as long as the OEM bearings, I'll be happy.

Perfect fit. After pricing out all the individual parts, this complete seal head was only slightly more expensive. Since you are already doing a complete shock disassembly, buy a split piston ring and bumpstop too. The most time consuming part was removing the exhaust and unbolting the subframe in order to remove the shock from the bike.
