  Great Upgrade from Factory

  Kept having coolant leaks and replaced the factory t-piece with this hose and have not had any issues since. Will be replacing the factory piece with this samco hose on all my ktm/husky bikes going forward. Note you need the removal tool to make this upgrade possible.

  SamcoSport Radiator Hose Kit with Thermostat Bypass

  Really well built, good addition

  Install on these for my '21 KTM 300 was pretty easy. I did unbolt the tank and moved it slightly out of the way, did not have to fully remove. I drained and refilled with Amsoil coolant. I had ridden with the stock hoses and noticed that the radiators were pretty hot to the touch. After riding hard for a little over two hours continuously the radiators were warm but noticeably cooler than before. Also the Samco hoses don't touch the motor like the stock versions did. Really pleased how this cleaned up the look and gave some added peace of mind.
